The known mass of this universe would be rendered negligible by virtue of its being virtual, and there would have to be an actual universe for the simulator to exist in and its mass also calculable. The argumentation is similar to exo-planetary panspermia (rather than comets), in that what universe is an actuality to begin with? Would the computer that created the simulated universe itself be a simulation from another computer? This prompts the question of how can you know that you are living in a simulated universe if you are just a simulation? You cannot possibly know if you are not a physical phenomenon and just a program devoid of being able to decide or sense for yourself. You would not be able to sense anything if you were a purely virtual phenomena.Andrew Planethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09127787907693031518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30536174.post-68110635575260864632012-10-24T12:28:18.171-07:002012-10-24T12:28:18.171-07:00If this universe is a computer simulation then eve...If this universe is a computer simulation then everything would be virtual even this screen, subtracting the known mass of our purported virtual universe from the computer simulator's universe mass.
